Beta terms
Short terms for an early product.
Last updated October 17, 2026.
This is a beta.
Undo runs on Base mainnet with real USDC, but it is new. Use small amounts. Features, limits and these terms can change as we learn.
Caps.
Each order, each payer and the total daily volume are capped. A purchase above a cap is refused before you sign anything. Refunds in Covered mode are limited to failures the gateway can verify and to small claims.
What Undo does and does not do.
- Undo never holds your funds. They sit in Coinbase Commerce Payments escrow on Base.
- Undo decides automatic refunds from what it observes, and an arbiter decides contested cases.
- Undo does not judge the quality of a service beyond these rules, and is not a party to your purchase.
- Undo is independent. It works with PayBox but is not made, endorsed or supported by MoonPay or Coinbase.
No warranty.
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from bugs, network failures, third-party contracts, or merchants. The on-chain rules are the final word on where money goes.
Your part.
Keep your refund tokens private. Do not use Undo for anything unlawful. Merchants must own the endpoints and payout addresses they register.
